About me

I’m an experienced chartered physiotherapist specialising in orthopaedics, major trauma, and care of older people.

I qualified in 2007 from the University of Nottingham and worked in Essex and Hertfordshire before relocating to Sheffield in 2015 to be close to the Peak District.

With over eighteen years of experience working in NHS hospitals, I worked as a clinical specialist and major trauma therapy lead in a large NHS Trust before establishing Sheffield Home Physio.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy staying active through rock climbing, gym training, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy creative hobbies such as knitting and sewing, which help me maintain a balanced lifestyle outside of my professional role.
