  • Each session is tailored to your needs and may include assessment, hands‑on treatment, exercise guidance, mobility practice and advice to support your recovery. Everything is carried out in the comfort of your own home.

  • You don’t need to do much - choose an area of your home that has enough space for you to move around comfortably and have any relevant hospital discharge letters or medical reports nearby (if applicable).

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and gives access to the area being assessed or treated.

  • Yes. Family members, carers, or friends are welcome to be involved if you’d like their support.

  • Yes. Home physiotherapy is ideal for people who find it difficult to travel. I can adapt the assessment and treatment to suit your mobility level and home environment.

  • Absolutely. I regularly support people recovering from orthopaedic surgery, fractures, and major trauma. I can help with mobility, strengthening, pain management, and confidence.

  • Yes. You’ll receive clear, achievable exercises tailored to you and your goals, along with guidance on how often to do them. I’ll teach you how to do the exercises during your appointment and follow up by sending you instructions.

  • You can pay by bank transfer, card or cash at the end of your session.

  • I provide home visits across south-west Sheffield, the Hope Valley, Chesterfield and Dronfield. If you’re unsure, get in touch and I can confirm with you.
